Sales Tax

In California
Sales tax must be collected on non-subscription items (Initial Codes and Binders), and for subscription items that are shipped less than four times per year (Master Index subscription).

Outside of California
Sales tax must be collected on all items ordered. If not automatically calculated into your online order, then your local sales tax will be appropriately calculated and your grand total adjusted as necessary. You will receive an updated purchase receipt if this is the case.

Shipping and Handling

Domestic
Please add $5.75 shipping and handling for each non-subscription item ordered, to be delivered within the fifty United States. (Non-subscription items include: Initial Code(s); Binder(s); single issue Master Table of Contents; and single issue Master Index.)

Additionally, any CD-ROM subscription requires $5.75 shipping and handling. And a Complete CCR subscription in print requires $74.25 shipping and handling.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any Barclays print or CD-ROM product received, the product may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or credit, in accordance with Barclays' then-current return policies.

Update Service

Please note that an Update Service may only be ordered with a corresponding Initial Code. However, an Initial Code may be ordered alone.

Subscriber Agreement

Ordering Update Service, Subscription, and/or CD-ROM product(s) authorizes Barclays CCR to automatically send you annual updates to the requested Title(s).

Barclays will bill you annually for the cost of these updates. With said order(s), you agree to the terms of the standard Barclays sales agreement; a copy is available upon request. Call 1-800-888-3600 for more information.
